      10. R\u00fcckerstattungen & Stornierungen \/ Refunds & Cancellations<\/b><\/h2>\n

      EN:<\/b><\/span> Every flight is subject to the competent authorities and airports granting the required traffic rights, landing and overflight permits, airport slots and aircraft parking. Where these are refused, delayed or granted only at different times or at other airports, the schedule or routing may change and additional costs may arise. We will inform the customer of this without delay. If the flight cannot be performed for this reason, the customer\u2019s statutory rights remain unaffected.<\/p>\n

We will inform the customer before foreseeable additional costs arise, where circumstances permit, and will keep them as low as possible. Costs arising from a circumstance within the sphere of the operating air carrier or of Sixty One GmbH will not be passed on. They are invoiced separately against supporting documents.<\/p>\n

      DE:<\/b><\/span> Die Sixty One GmbH ist Charter-Vermittlerin und kein Luftfahrtunternehmen. Sie w\u00e4hlt f\u00fcr Ihre Anfrage ein geeignetes Luftfahrtunternehmen aus, pr\u00fcft dessen Air Operator Certificate (AOC), erstellt das Angebot, wickelt die Buchung ab und zieht das Entgelt ein.<\/p>\n

      EN:<\/b><\/span> Sixty One GmbH is a charter intermediary and not an air carrier. We select a suitable air carrier for your request, verify its Air Operator Certificate (AOC), prepare the offer, handle the booking and collect payment.<\/p>\n

We reserve the right to change the operating air carrier or aircraft type provided the agreed service (route, timing, capacity, category) is delivered to an equivalent standard; we will inform you without delay.<\/p>\n

Die Haftung f\u00fcr die Bef\u00f6rderung richtet sich nach dem Montrealer \u00dcbereinkommen; einen Hinweis auf die Haftungsgrenzen nach der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 889\/2002 stellen wir Ihnen mit der Buchungsbest\u00e4tigung zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n

Eine weitergehende Aufschl\u00fcsselung der Einzelbestandteile ist im Charterverkehr nicht \u00fcblich und wird von den ausf\u00fchrenden Luftfahrtunternehmen nicht bereitgestellt.<\/p>\n
