Providing your contact and travel details is necessary to process an enquiry and operate a flight. Without them we cannot prepare an offer or make a booking.

We use the following providers as processors (Art. 28 GDPR) to operate and analyse our website and to handle your enquiry:

• ShortPixel — image delivery and optimisation

• ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich — web hosting in Germany

• Sixty One GmbH – internal charter system (app.sixtyonejets.com) — handling your enquiry and preparing offers; operated in Germany

• Operating air carriers — passenger data necessary to perform the flight (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)

International transfers: Cloudflare, Google and ShortPixel may process personal data in the United States. Transfers rely on the European Commission adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) and, in addition, on Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. Where flights operate outside the EU we transfer passenger data to the operating air carrier there and, where required, to authorities; this is necessary to perform the contract (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).
